As the leading environmental services company on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Arrow Environmental Services has set the standard for service, innovation and customer satisfaction in the communities we serve. We realize that our customers expect outstanding results and we are committed to meeting those high expectations.
We were the first company in the region to guarantee customer satisfaction with our Peace of Mind Pledge to re-treat any problem until you are completely satisfied with the results or refund the cost of your last treatment. We also are a national leader in sustainable pest control and integrated pest management solutions that focus on least-toxic methods. In every line of service, our focus on technical expertise and ongoing training sets us apart from other companies. George Pickhardt, president of Arrow Environmental since 1988, holds a PhD in plant nutrition from Cornell University as well as a master’s degree in entomology from the University of Florida. Eddie Tanguay is working toward national certifications in irrigation contracting and auditing as well as water conservation. Larry Reynolds, who heads our pest control and termite divisions, and Ray Novarro, who directs our lawn and landscape teams, also have earned the industry’s highest certifications.
The technicians who actually perform the day-to-day services also complete the industry’s most comprehensive training with a minimum of 75 hours of classroom instruction every year. Along with stringent in-house programs that focus on both technical skills and customer service, they attend ongoing seminars offered through the University of Florida so our customers benefit from the most recent research on sustainable pest control.
But our technicians aren’t just experts on pests. As the “face” of Arrow Environmental to most of our customers, they realize that the details make the difference. Our landscape technicians look beyond their immediate responsibilities to the “big picture” of your landscape, and take the time to share helpful hints and recommendations. Pest control professionals call the day before they come, arrive promptly as scheduled, don white booties before entering your clean home and carry dog treats so the pooches on their routes look forward to their arrival.
