Colleen Pratz has come out several times and been able to take care of the ant problem we've had. She pays attention to areas i wouldnt even think of, listens to my concerns and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Colleen has made sure each time that I have her card and to call as soon as I see a problem, which is hard to find in a company or representative now-a-days.
